Ms. Hagan graduated from Wayne State Law School in 1978 with a law degree and 1988 with a Masters of Law in taxation. She has practiced law since 1988 and was a partner at the law firm of Powers Chapman. She recently joined the firm PETRELLA BROWN PLC to strengthen the business services provided to our corporate clients. She has extensive experience in business law, real estate, probate law, employee benefits and estate planning.
